ABOUT US...
Through the years I have been inspired by the visual arts,
studying in California, Hawaii and Georgia. I have worked in
the fine furniture business for over 10 years.
In the past few years I began staging homes for the
furniture business, builders, real estate agents, and
private home owners. I have used my skills to assist
homeowners to maximize the value of what is often their
largest investment-- their home.
In
uninviting vacant homes, I turn them in to delightful
invitations to “move right in”. Houses that had been on the
market prior to staging sold in as little as 1/5 of the time
once we staged them.
It is especially satisfying when they sell fast and
sometimes furnished!
In furnished homes I enjoy showing people how to use what
they already have to make their homes more appealing. Using design techniques, of removing distractions and clutter, and
adding just the right accessory here and there, makes all
the difference. It is gratifying to walk away from a job
where my clients are encouraged and inspired. Whether they
market their home for sale or just want to enhance their
present living space by redesign, the end result is more attractive to the targeted consumer.
It is not uncommon that my staging clients ask me to help
them settle into their new homes as well. We are happy to do
so. Harmony Interiors and Home Staging does offer move-in
services.
The formal training I
received during my HSR (Home Staging Resource) certification
has continued to broaden the scope of what I can offer my
clients. As a Certified Professional Home Stager and
Redesigner I am able to give my clients the very best.
Our
Mission
Harmony Interiors and Home Staging LLC exists to assist home
owners and Realtors to maximize the value of their
properties to sell homes more quickly, for the optimal
price. We will carefully assess the property in order to
maximize its strengths. As a result of using staging
techniques and creativity, potential buyers will be drawn in
by the appealing aesthetics and function expressed by the
home.
For people who simply want to improve their existing home
for themselves; similar techniques and creativity will
enhance their life by providing a setting of function,
order, visual harmony and style.
