today’s competitive real estate market, first impressions are
especially important. Successful Realtors have come to
realize the importance of staging to set their property
above the crowded market of homes for sale to a limited
number of buyers. Most buyers know what they want, such as
the number of bedrooms; but often it is the unexpected appeal of a property that grabs them emotionally. In our
staged homes we take the opportunity to WOW the potential
buyer with multiple “invitations” and give them that “I
could move right in” feeling.
On the other hand; the burden of owning a no longer wanted
property can in some cases cause undue financial stress,
often giving pressure to accept a less than desirable offer.
And because the longer a house sits on the market, the lower
the offers tend to be, it is best to stage early, to sell
quickly and profitably.
